Mindful of the constant increase in the quality of our services and the growing demand for high quality manpower in the field of welding and metal work, we have organized a theoretical and practical training which has been conducting continuously and with high percentage of success since 2008.Duration of the training is from 10 to 30 days per candidate depending on the type of training that the candidate is taking.
The goal is that the new and unexperienced young people gradually comprehend the job while getting more complex tasks over time.
Besides that, our training also includes our experienced staff, who is in this way enabled to learn new welding procedures and also the staff do not lose the routine in the procedures that the staff has already mastered. The training consists of theoretical and practical part.
Theoretical training includes courses in the following ares:
1. Fundamentals of welding
2. Basic materials and their weldability
3. Addidional materials
4. Auxiliary materials in the welding process
5. Errors and irregularities in the welded joint
6. Welding equipment
7. Workplace of a welder and the organization of welding works
8. Safety measures
The program of practical training and additional training of welders in our school are conducted under the procedures Program WIG, WIG/E and MAG on the patterns of plates and tubes and from the materials classified into groups according to ISO 15608:
Group 1, carbon steels,
Group 5, CrMo steels,
Group 6, CrMoV steels,
Group 8, CrNi steels, stainless.
The training conducts our experienced instructors under the constant supervision of the international welding technologist (IWT) and the international welding engineer (IWE).Metal training is based on the improvement of the existing operations.
